Services Offered at No Cost:


Individual and family counseling sessions are available by appointment in a private, confidential setting. Therapists specialize in counseling survivors of domestic violence and/or sexual assault, child victims of sexual assault and children who witness domestic violence.

Legal Advocacy

Our Legal Advocate assists survivors of domestic and sexual abuse with various issues including: Informing clients of their legal and financial rights and options, Personal Protection Orders  and advocacy with law enforcement, court and social services procedures.

For self-help with legal issues, including; divorce, child custody, help with DHS, personal protection orders, landlord issues, debt help, etc. Visit for step by step instructions online.

Parenting Education

Trained advocates and parent educators offer classes, resource material and in-home parent education services.  The Family Links program provides expanded services to families with children from birth to 5 years that meet specific criteria.

Transitional and Permanent Support Housing

OASIS provides subsidized housing units for survivors of domestic violence and their children.

Education and Prevention

As part of the OASIS community outreach efforts, staff are available to speak on topics such as: Domestic Violence, Power and Control, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault and information on the magnitude and dynamics of interpersonal violence.

Support Groups

Women’s Empowerment Group is offered every Thursday from 2-3:30. The group focuses on creating a safe place for women to communicate, support eachother, and learn skills to help promote healthy relationships and self- empowerment. Instruction by Amie MacKenzie. Mindfulness Meditation Group meets weekly to address issues of sexual assault trauma. Learn to focus on breathing to activate the relaxation responses within you. Observe mind and its thoughts. Release and transform pain emotions, restoring one’s self to a peaceful state. Mindfulness Meditation reduces stress, restores well-being, and creates positive physiological changes within traumatized brain and body. Instructor: Dawn Paris LMSW

Trauma Sensitive Yoga offers survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence a safe and gentle, step-by-step , mindful yoga experience.
